Primary Application
The first step is to submit your primary application to the Associated American Dental Schools Application Service (AADSAS). The later you apply, the more competition you will have as many of the seats will have already been filled due to the rolling admission process, so apply early!
Visit the AADSAS website today to confirm primary application procedures and deadlines, and to take the first step toward becoming a WesternU-College of Dental Medicine student!
Secondary Application
Please submit your secondary application at the same time you submit your AADSAS application.
To assist in putting together your secondary application we've created a checklist that explains what you need to do to complete your application for review. Please carefully review the checklist to ensure that you submit all required documents in the appropriate manner along with your secondary application by the deadline.
Secondary Application Documents
Your application consists of a number of pieces (see below). Please save the blank PDF documents, type in your information, proof and then print your final drafts.
You may also wish to print blank copies of all forms and complete your first draft by hand. If needed, you can download the latest version of Adobe Acrobat and/or view download tips.
Please note that the information entered into these forms cannot be saved, so do not close the forms until you are completely satisfied with the printed results!
