Leadership & Management (MSN/LM) track prepares you to work at the administrative level as a nurse manager or nurse executive in a variety of health-care settings. Completion of this program meets the educational qualifications for certification as a nurse administrator.

Clinical Nurse Leader (MSN/CNL) track prepares you to be a Clinical Nurse Leader, a new nursing role that involves the care coordination of a group of patients and direct patient care in complex situations.

Designed for the bachelor's-prepared RN, our Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) program allows you to earn your MSN while continuing to work in your home community. Full-time students complete the program in two years. Part-time options are also available.

An advanced degree opens many rewarding career options for RNs. We offer two tracks, Leadership and Management and Clinical Nurse Leader.

As the first college to develop a web-based advanced practice nurse program,
we are experienced in providing the support you need to succeed with distance learning.
 

To provide flexibility and eliminate the need to commute daily to campus, we use:

  • a web-based curriculum and self-directed learning
  • weekend seminars at the Pomona, CA campus twice per semester
  • clinical training in your own community under the supervision of an approved preceptor
    (for CNL track students only)
