2015 Application Deadlines

The first step is to submit your primary application to the Optometry Centralized Application Service (OptomCAS). The later you apply, the more competition you will have as many of the seats will have already been filled due to the rolling admission process, so apply early! Visit the OptomCAS website today to confirm primary application procedures and deadlines, and to take the first step toward becoming a WesternU-College of Optometry student!
You may submit your secondary application online, then follow-up with the additional documentation outlined in the secondary application checklist below, by the application deadline. The first time you sign in, click “first time user account creation” below the login boxes and on the application itself, select “Fall 2015” for term of entry. To assist you in putting together your secondary application we’ve created a checklist that explains what you need to do to complete your application for review. Please carefully review the checklist to ensure that you submit all required documents in the appropriate manner along with your secondary application by the deadline.
