The first step in the admissions process is to ensure you're on track to satisfy the admissions requirements in time to apply for your preferred term of entry.  

Admission Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BS) in Pharmacy or equivalent
 
Minimum overall GPA of 2.5
 
Passing the College of Pharmacy's Internal Assessment (IA) Exam
  • The Internal Assessment Exam is an oral and written exam administered to interviewees on interview day
  • For more information on the Internal Assessment (IA) Exam, please review the IA FAQ
Proof of Legal US Residency - If Required
  • If you are an international applicant or any other applicant who is not U.S. citizen and is living in the U.S., you should be prepared to provide proof of legal U.S. residency at the time of interview.
  • Proof of legal U.S. residency is required prior to any offer of acceptance.
Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOFEL) - If Required
  • The TOFEL is required for all graduates from Non-English speaking countries
  • Minimum score requirements:
    • Paper-based TOFEL: 550
    • Computer-based TOFEL: 213
    • Internet-based TOFEL: 79
  • TOFEL scores must be submitted by June 1, 2009
Submit Foreign Coursework to an Approved Evaluation Service - If Applicable
  • All applicants with foreign coursework (courses taken at institutions outside of the United States) are required to submit their coursework to an approved evaluation service
