Primary Application (PharmCAS) Available: June 9 - Nov 3
Secondary Application Deadline: November 3
Primary Application
The first step is to submit your primary application to the Pharmacy College Application Service (PharmCAS). It can take approximately 4-5 weeks for PharmCAS to process application materials and forward them to us. Submitting materials early will ensure timely processing and help avoid web congestion delays.
Visit the PharmCAS website today to confirm primary application procedures and deadlines, and to take the first step toward becoming a WesternU-College of Pharmacy student!
Secondary Application
In addition to the PharmCAS application you must submit a secondary application. To assist in putting together your secondary application we've created an application checklist that explains what you need to do to complete your application for review.
Please review the checklist carefully to ensure that you submit all required documents in the appropriate manner along with your secondary application. A final evaluation of your prerequisites will be completed upon receipt of your PharmCAS and secondary application
Application Documents
You may complete your application by saving the blank PDF documents below, typing in your information and then printing your final drafts, or you may request hard copy application forms.
You may also wish to print blank copies of all forms and complete your first draft by hand. If needed, you can download the latest version of Adobe Acrobat and/or view download tips.
Please note that the information entered into these forms cannot be saved, so do not close the forms until you are completely satisfied with the printed results!
Admissions Process
To give you peace of mind, we will e-mail you when both your primary and secondary applications are received. Should you be invited to interview, you can expect to hear from us one to three weeks prior to the interview date for which you are selected.
Depending upon the number of applications received, interviews may be conducted on a rolling basis. The College of Pharmacy will review completed applications, conduct interviews and make admissions decisions throughout the admissions cycle, so complete your primary as soon as it's available!
We are happy to answer your questions as you navigate through the application process,
so please do not hesitate to contact us if we can help.
