Best advice: Get involved, but don't just get involved in the organizations specific to your college. Being involved in multidisciplinary organizations will really enhance your view of other healthcare professions as well as give you an opportunity to enhance their view of yours. |
Research experience: I was accepted into the College of Pharmacy's CAPSLEAD program. This is a program that takes 10 students from every college of pharmacy in California and gives them a research project. Being involved in this really gave me an opportunity to see what research is about. |
|

The best thing I like about WesternU is the "block system" that is employed by the pharmacy program. It gives me the opportunity to "focus" and truly learn one subject at a time. I chose to come to WesternU because student opinion counts! The staff at WesternU works together with the students to constantly improve the program. As a result, the students at WesternU get the best education possible in an |
efficient, organized and fair manner. If you want to learn in an institution that provides education far above your expectations; in a system where the students and the staff really interact with each other, WesternU should be first on your list! The knowledgeable, experienced and super friendly professors / staff really do make this school an ideal environment to pursue your education and dreams." |
